Auto Color Paint: Choosing the Color That Fits Your Car
So you got a semi-new car. Congratulations! You can finally stop taking the bus or rely on friends to take you wherever you go. But do you know what to do about that not-so-old car you purchased? You just can’t drive about town without going for a quick change of auto color paint. After all, your car looks like it had run a building over, or at least tried to.
The good news is that auto color paint options are now more diverse than ever. You can choose from a wide selection of color effects and colors. I suggest you make this choice carefully, though. Auto color paint that looks smashing on one car could look totally wrong on your car.
How do you make sure the color you choose would sit well on your car? It’s simple. Take a look at your car before you paint over it or ask someone to do so. Consider the trim and accessory colors. Finally, consider how well certain colors work on certain car types. Matte works well on older cars. On the other hand, chrome and high gloss finish give cars with simple lines and subtly lined angles a very classy appearance. If your car has curved surfaces, don’t go for chrome or high gloss though. Forget matte too. You would be better off with flip paint effects and pearlescent colors.
